Germany: The trial of Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu continues

The next hearings of the Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu trial will take place at the District Court of Hamburg, Germany, on November 27 and 30, 2018 at 10:00.

On 27 and 30 November at 10 am there’ll be two new hearings of the trial of Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu at the District Court of Hamburg, Germany, which will be attended by Dogan Presse Agence.

Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu is a Turkish revolutionary detained in Germany since December 2, 2016 and his trial began on January 25, 2018 at the District Court of Hamburg.

Accused by his country to be a leader of the DHKP-C (Revolutionary People’s Liberation Party/Front), his indictment is essentially based on his political activities including the organization of a symposium against isolation in several countries of Europe as well as various political investments in the democratic sphere. Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu faces a 10-year prison sentence in the Federal Republic of Germany as well as a risk of extradition to the United States which since 2014 have staked a $ 3 million bonus on his head.

For many years, Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu has fought against fascism, racism and discrimination. He committed neither crime nor crime and became revolutionary to change the system based on injustice.

It’s essential to denounce those committed by the German state which imprisons not only the Turkish revolutionaries such as Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu or Erdal GökoÄŸlu but also anti-G20 militants. For two hours, on Saturday, 24 November, a meeting was held  in front of the prison of Hambourg  to support political prisoners imprisoned for their struggle against fascism and capitalism and for the imprisoned anti-G20 protesters.

The Freedom Committee for Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu calls all democrats, progressives and revolutionaries to be present at the High Court of Hamburg in Germany on Tuesday 27 and Friday, November 30, 2018 at 10 am while the next hearings of the trial of Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu will take place to support him in his fight against the German State.
