Lime Spark sold out on first round sales, 55 units added on Sunday
Sun Hung Kai Properties' Lime Spark in Tsuen Wan sold all 154 units on its first round of sales on Saturday, generating over HK$1 billion in revenue.
The first round sales included 42 one-bedroom units and 112 two-bedroom units, with discounted prices ranging from HK$4.6146 million to HK$7.5471 million, or approximately HK$17,408 per square feet.
The developer uploaded the third price list of 55 units, including 15 one-bedroom units and 40 two-bedroom units, with an area of 273 to 416 sq ft. The discounted prices range from HK$16,941 to HK$19,125 per sq ft, reflecting a two percent increase. The project will launch its sales arrangement this week, followed by a second round of sales next weekend.
